Accomy may collect:

• Email address
• Information you voluntarily submit through our forms
• Basic website analytics information (if enabled)

We only ask for information we need to provide our services. You are never required to submit information beyond what a form asks for.

We may use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage Accomy accounts
• Administer partnership campaigns
• Verify promotion eligibility
• Send account invitations
• Provide travel booking services
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Improve Accomy products and services
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

When you register through an Accomy partnership or promotion page, we collect your name and email address so we can set up your Accomy account, send your invitation, and confirm whether your booking qualifies for the campaign reward.

Registration details are used to administer that campaign — including checking for duplicate entries and confirming eligibility — and to communicate with you about your registration. Each campaign's own Promotion Terms appear on that campaign's landing page; this Privacy Policy applies to all of them.

Accomy does not sell personal information.

We share information only with trusted service providers that are required to operate our platform — such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, and payment providers — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service for us. We may also share information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of Accomy, our users, or the public.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to maintain your account, administer a campaign and its reward, or meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove details that identify you.

You can:

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to our legal obligations
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any message

To make a request, email us at info@accomytravel.com. Some messages, such as booking confirmations or account notices, are required to deliver the service and cannot be opted out of.

Accomy may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how our pages are used. Where analytics are enabled, we look at aggregate information — such as page views and referral sources — rather than tracking individuals.
